• Use The HTTP-EQUIV Of Page-Enter, Page-Exit, Site-Enter or Site-Exit, To Activate The Transition Upon Entering or Exiting The Page or Site.  I Use ALL Four, But I’m Not Sure How It Differentiates Between Entering A Site versus A Page.

• Duration Number Of Seconds That The Transition Should Last.

• Transition:  Which Type Of Transition To Use, See The Table Below. As Near As I Can Tell, If You Use An Invalid Transition Value, or Leave It Out, You’ll Get One At Random.
